Position Summary
The Office Support Role serves as a key point of connection for the church, providing a warm and welcoming presence while supporting the daily administrative and operational needs of the ministry. This role helps ensure smooth communication, effective coordination of facilities and events, and reliable support for staff, volunteers, and congregants.
Status - Part-Time; Office Hours 9am to 2pm Monday through Thursday with potential flexibility
Location - On-site at the church office
Worship Music Director
Position Summary
Waypoint Free Methodist Church is seeking a part-time Worship Music Director to lead a Christ-centered worship ministry that helps our church family engage deeply with the presence of God. Compelled by God’s love, we follow Jesus, are being transformed by Jesus, and are committed to the mission of Jesus wherever we go—and our worship ministry plays a vital role in that calling.
This role is both spiritual and practical. The Worship Music Director serves as a lead worshiper—modeling authentic worship, encouraging spiritual growth, and guiding the congregation to actively participate in worship through music.
Position Type - Part-Time (8-10 hours varies week to week and includes Sunday mornings, rehearsals, preparation, and special services).
