These waypoints are from "The 2003-3004 Cruising Guide to the Virgin Islands" by Nancy and Simon Scott. There are two sets of waypoints. One from pages 46-47 and the other from pages 263-264.
I found one error with the Durloe Cays waypoint, which I tried to correct.

Maptech Chart Navigator program is a free download from the www.maptech.com site. The site also has a pdf file that explains the format of its Named Waypoints files. These files are all named nwps32.txt and can be looked at and modified as text files using editors or word processors.
Mapsource files are binary and can not be editted. The GPSUtility program will open these files. Because of a problem with my server, I have saved these files with the extension of .wps.zip. Rename them by removing the .zip extension.
GPSUtility files are text files in a special format for the GPSUtility program. This program is available at: http://www.gpsu.co.uk/
I load the waypoints into a navigation program such as Chart Navigator. Create a route using some of the waypoints as required and Export/save the route to a disk file. I then use another program to read this file and write the necessary waypoint and route information to my GPS. I have an ICOM GP-270ML which is not supported by any program I could find. I have written my own program in the Java programming language to upload/download waypoints with my GPS.
Having waypoint files available for download saves you from having to type them in. I would print them and check them against what is shown in the Guide book.
