I've keyed in the waypoints from the following chartkits and converted them to Chart Navigator 5.04 Named waypoint format. All the files have the same filename (nwps32.txt) and must be kept in separate directories.
I've also included the waypoints in the format for my program.

I've changed the waypoint names from WPiii to CYiii, using CY as an specific identifier for CYC vs WP which seems too generic.
There were two waypoints (CY3314 & CY344) in CYC Region 11.3 where the listed position did not plot over the position shown on the chart.
