City of Houston - Locate near Hobby airport. This facility receives and process potatoes from Colorado, Idaho, and Nebraska. This 24/7 operation receives potatoes via 18-wheelers and train freight cars. The spuds are unloaded, inspected, graded, and processed for retail (bagged/boxed for the supermarkets, cut into frys for fastfoods, wrapped in foil for restaurants,boxed in brandname boxes...) The employees speak very highly of this company. Their motto "Every Potato Guranteed to be Good!". GPS taken at front gate.

Lake Hollywood Reservoir - Mulholland Dam
City of Los Angeles (Hollywood) - Part of the 3.2 mile walking path, walkers are allowed to walk on dam. From the middle of the Dam you can see some of Hollywood's landmarks less than a mile away, but its difficult to navigate your way into the reservoir area. There is a guard (DWP employee) stationed on the dam. GPS taken at center of Dam.
