City of Baldwin Park - NO this is not a school for the adult entertainment industry!!! In 1984 In-N-Out opened the In-N-Out University, to teach new managers the In-N-Out philosophy. IN-N-Out-"U" is located less than a block South of I-10 on Fracesquito Ave, and less than two blocks away from another In-N-Out Burger (just on the North side of I-10). IN-N-Out-"U's" Hours are 11am-2pm M-F only (I guess they put the manager trainees to work during the prime lunch hours).
